Chocolate; The hot way

Warm it up! This is my little secret of deliciousness. The texture of the almond milk is very rich so although this hot chocolate is better for you, it doesn’t taste it! Filled with vitamins E and low in calories, only 40 in a glass! Some bitter dark chocolate gives even more antioxidants and its secret weapon; Iron!

3 c Almond Milk

1/2 c Cane Sugar

5 oz Valrhona 70%

1 tsp Vanilla

A pinch of chile and cinnamon

Heat almond milk and sugar until approximately 212°F. Turn off heat and add chocolate and vanilla. Whisk to submission. Once the chocolate is totally incorporated, pour into glasses. Sprinkle with chile and cinnamon.
